Joel Gottesman is the Managing Member and sole owner of BVH Law Group PLLC. Our areas of practice are:

Our tax practice is in association with a well-established Tax Law Consulting Firm that, since 2002, has specialized in tax strategy optimization and has served over 3800 small to mid-sized businesses in all 50 states. Our other areas of expertise are based on Joel’s years of legal experience and expertise in these areas. We also have a network of other lawyers in various specialties that we can refer to our clients and prospects for matters involving other areas of the law.

• Director & Officer at Briggs and Morgan (now Taft), a large law firm in Minneapolis, MN, with a successful business law practice in M&A, banking, and corporate law
• General Counsel for GreenTree Financial Corp., a $45-billion NYSE-listed public company
• Served on the boards of directors of public and privately held companies
• Served on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Minneapolis and St. Paul for a number of years
